Morgan Mourne writes urban fantasy, horror, and dark fantasy. He writes the kind of books he likes to read, which usually include odd, archetypal characters and lots of dark humor. Mostly, he writes because doing so keeps him marginally sane.

He grew up reading Stephen King, Christopher Moore, Carl Hiaasen, and Tim Dorsey. Their books probably explain a lot about what went wrong.

When he’s not writing, Morgan can be found playing RPGs badly, spoiling his dogs, watching baseball, or catching a comedy horror flick with his wife.
